At Recess, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as effortless as wearing it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse processes the return.
