Europe Silk Vest

Handsome silk vest featuring the iconic Europe print by Joachim Metz for Hermès in a regal neutral palette. Classic waistcoat is formed from the signature silk scarf, reconstructed as a vest. Back of vest features the center of the scarf, an angelic figure with a halo of the stars of Europe surrounded by cherubs. The poetic quote running through the scarf has been pieced together to form a symmetrical pattern of baroque ribbons and flourishes running throughout the piece. Fully lined with silk covered buttons, a welt pocket, and back tie for the perfect fit. Includes extra button. We would wear with a high waisted tweed trouser, block heeled brogue, and collared silk blouse for a commanding look. Cream, grey, black, goldenrod, dark gold.
